The effective zit zapper growing in your garden? Thyme! What's great on roasted chicken and often grows like wild along garden beds and paths may have the power to fight acne.
According to researchers at Leeds Metropolitan University in the U.K., thyme steeped in alcohol to make what's known as a "tincture" (the old-fashioned cure-alls from our grandmothers' generation) effectively killed bacteria that causes acne better than most of the acne products on the market today.

DeleteNice addition to my list of alternative acne cures. I will definitely find this herb. Is there a ready-to-made preparation on the market? If this is so effective against acne, well, we should be seeing couple of those in the near months. By the way, this is probably off topic, but do you have any idea about accutane lawsuit? Btw, Accutane is a drug for treating severe acne.
