Two-minute DIY facial massage

Monday, 20 February 2012

Incorporate this amazing facial massage that is a simple ritual into your before-bed routine and see
the benefits by morning...

1.  Warm three drops of oil on fingertips and place hands over the centre of your face, with fingertips finishing at eyebrows.
2.  Slowly move fingertips up your forehead with gentle but firm pressure to hairline.  Bring fingertips down each side of your face to the chin, then over lips to your nose.  Return to original postition and repeat three times.
3.  Place fingertips of each hand facing each other in the centre of your forehead and, without pulling skin, gently stroke fingertips outwards, finishing at hairline.  Repeat same potition at bridge of nose and delicately stroke over eyes towards hairline.  Repeat across cheekbones and again from chin across the jawline.
4.  Finish by lightly drumming fingertips all over your face, like raindrops falling.

    1. I regularly massage my face when I wash it, but it makes it so much nicer with the oil :)
